Budaya Perkawinan Di Korea

Di Korea, tampaknya modernitas bukannya berarti tanpa yang tradisi. Kebudayaan yang ratusan, bahkan ribuan tahun, mampu bertahan walau mengalami perubahan. Ini yang terjadi pada hanbok, pakaian tradisional Korea. Walau pakaian model Barat adalah yang umum digunakan dalam kehidupan modern ini, hanbok masih dipakai, terutama pada hari-hari raya dan acara-acara seperti perkawinan. Pada hari Chusok, Hari Bersyukur Korea, bahkan di jalan-jalan Kota Seoul pun banyak orang memakai baju tradisional itu. Pengantin perempuan biasanya memakai chima (rok panjang berlipit-lipit) warna merah, dan jeogori (jaket pendek semacam bolero) warna hijau. Pengantin pria bebas memilih warna celana panjang dan jaket bertalinya. Keduanya masih memakai jubah lagi. Warna jubah perempuan disesuaikan dengan warna pilihan baju pasangannya. Ibu mempelai lelaki memakai warna kehijauan, sedangkan calon besannya dalam nuansa merah. Setiap pasangan memakai minimal enam hanbok, dua untuk mempelai perempuan, dua untuk lelaki, dan dua untuk masing-masing ibu. Untuk acara pertunangan, mereka mengenakan hanbok warna merah muda, sedangkan untuk upacara perkawinan, hanbok merah-hijau itu ditambah pakaian pengantin model barat untuk acara berfoto berdua. Untuk upacara perkawinan, perempuan Korea masa kini menggabungkan yang tradisional dan yang modern. Kebudayaan garis keluarga di Korea adalah berdasarkan atas sistem Patrilinial. Pria memegang peranan penting dalam kesejahteraan keluarkan dan diwajibkan untuk bekerja. Wanita diperbolehkan untuk bekerja hanya kalau diperbolehkan oleh suami atau jika hasil kerja suaminya tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Tugas utama wanita adalah untuk mengasuh anak dan menjaga rumah. Budaya perkawinan Korea sangat menghormati kesetiaan. Para janda, walaupun jika suami mereka mati muda, tidak dizinkan menikah lagi dan harus mengabdikan hidupnya untuk melayani orang tua dari suaminya. Begitu juga yang terjadi pada seorang duda yang harus melayani orang tua dari istrinya walaupun istrinya tersebut mati muda

Ipod, Angel or Devil ?

Nowadays, we can see many people like to use iPod when listening to music. They bring and listen to it everywhere, such as at the bus station, at the mall, at school and even when they are driving a car. It seems like iPod has become a trend for people, especially teenagers. iPod surely gives advantages like it’s easy to carry, makes us look more fashionable and makes us listen to music easily.

Nowadays, many people like simple things. Some people like to listen to music from a music player such as iPod because its size. Although the size of iPod is small, it can save more than 200 songs. This is because iPod Provide an extra memory till 30 gigabyte. Because of the size, people like to bring iPod anywhere like at mall, school or even when they are driving car. Everyone cares about their look. Some people care a lot about fashion including their clothing, shoes even their accessories. IPod makes our look more fashionable because iPod has a good look and has many colours like green, pink, blue and many others.

The reasons why people choose iPod as their own gadget is because it has a good and fashionable design. The keypad of iPod is very unique. It is a circle button with a player and menu signs. Because of the uniqueness, many people like to bring it to cool places like malls to improve their look / appearance. Besides the size and the look, iPod also makes us easier to listen to music everywhere we want. There are some kinds of places where people bring iPod, Such as at mall, school, campus, bus and many other kinds of places. They bring iPod to improve their appearance. People who bring iPod look more fashionable and modern.

Instead of the advantages like it’s easy to carry, makes our look more fashionable, and we can listen music anywhere we want, there are 3 disadvantages from listening to music from music player such as it cause deaf, addiction, and ignorance of people.

First, it causes deaf. Although there have been many studies on the positive effects of music, it has drawbacks. Having small earphones stuffed in your ears while listening to loud music can be detrimental to your hearing, even it can cause deafness. High level of music produced by ipod technology can cause hearing loss because the sound waves damage the hair cells in the cochlea,a part of ears wich transmits sound information to brain. Any sound higher than go decibles can cause a long term hearing loss if prolonged, and most MP3 players have the technological capabilities of reaching 120 decibles. That is equivalent to an ambulance siren.

Second, it causes addiction. An increasing number of people use ipod on an everyday basis. This activity attracts people who listen to listen to non-stop music on the bus, on the car, while working out, or just while relaxing at home. When we listen to music from iPod, sometimes we forget to do other activities. This things happens because people are too busy with their iPod. So, they forget to do other important activities. So they forget to do other important activities.

Third, it causes ignorance of people. You can’t measure the decibel level of your ipod, but you might be listening to your music too loud if your player is over 60% maximum volume, you cannot hear conversations that are happening around you, Other people can hear your music, or you find yourself yelling or talking loudly to people nearby.

In short, we know that many people like to listen to music from Ipod. This happens because there are some advantages of Ipod, such as it’s easy to carry it makes our look more fashionable and we can listen to music anywhere we want. Inspite of the advantages, there are 3 advantages like it cause deafness, addiction and ignorance to people. There is no need to stop using ipod and most people wouldn’t do anyway, but there are ways you can ensure treat your heating is healthy. Just stop listening to music too often and be sure to have excellent ear health.
